Personal Bio
I founded MYTSWIF Technologies on a simple conviction: the public sector deserves senior engineering that still shows up hands-on. For more than 30 years I have designed, built, and operated enterprise IT infrastructure for some of the most demanding customers in government — and I have kept my skills current through every shift in the market, from data center consolidation to virtualization, cloud, and now Generative and Agentic AI.
I hold an active DoD Top Secret clearance (SSBI), a NATO-issued clearance, and polygraph approval, which has allowed me to work inside some of the most sensitive environments in the federal enterprise — including air-gapped and classified settings where operational discipline matters as much as technical skill.
My career spans the full arc of modern infrastructure. Early on I built e-business platforms at PricewaterhouseCoopers and led virtualization programs at Fannie Mae, completing more than 1000+ physical-to-virtual conversions. Since then I have served on federal teams supporting customers across the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, the State Department, NATO, and civilian agencies — including a DLA enterprise solution serving 28,000 users with five CONUS sites consolidated into two; a NATO active network infrastructure rollout covering roughly 6,000 users and 5,700 devices across cross-domain environments; and Air Force National Guard modernization efforts spanning more than 100 locations.
The last several years have been defined by the AI transition. As a Senior AI/ML Principal Engineer with Lockheed Martin's , I led Kubernetes and containerized NLP/LLM pipeline environments running on NVIDIA GPU infrastructure — across air-gapped bare-metal, virtualized, and cloud platforms — while maintaining accreditation through NIST, CIS-CAT, FedRAMP, DIACAP/RMF, and Zero Trust controls. I re-engineered a laptop-scale media triage tool into an enterprise distributed application operating in a controlled environment, and I have specified, installed, and supported GPU compute from day one: NVIDIA HGX/H100 and A40 platforms, Bright Cluster Manager, vGPU/GRID, and multi-cloud AI support services across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Today at MYTSWIF Technologies, my focus areas are:
-
Generative & Agentic AI — LLMs, RAG, MCP, context engineering, fine-tuning and quantization, air-gapped inference (LM Studio/Bionic, Ollama, MLX, Unsloth, vLLM and SGLang,)
-
HPC & GPU Infrastructure — NVIDIA cluster / DGX OS, H100/A40 platforms, containerized AI workloads
-
Cloud & Virtualization Modernization — AWS, Azure, Google Cloud; VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V; lift-and-shift and cloud-to-cloud migrations
-
Cybersecurity & Compliance — NIST SP 800-171, DIACAP/RMF, CIS Controls, Zero Trust, ATO/A&A support
-
IoT Edge & Spatial Computing — device lifecycle management, VR/AR/MR/XR and immersive 3D
What I bring to every engagement is the same thing my customers have relied on for three decades: big-picture architecture grounded in hands-on execution, clear communication with technical and non-technical leaders alike, and solutions that survive contact with a real production environment.
Let's talk about where your organization needs to go next — and how to get there without losing momentum.
